Bleu Bacon (Steak) Butter
1 lb of Softened Butter
1/3c Bacon Finely Chopped
3 Tbsp Bleu Cheese Crumbles
4 Tbsp Fresh Basil (Chopped)
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Black Pepper
Begin by putting the butter into a mixing bowl and giving it a stir to spread it out a little.
Next add the other ingredients and fold them together gently so that they become well incorporated into the butter.
Transfer the butter into a serving dish and enjoy.
NOTE: Although this butter is primarily used over grilled steaks, it also plays well with smoked chicken, roasted/mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, and rustic breads.
