Garlic & Herb Butter


1 lb Softened Butter

2 Tbsp Minced Garlic

3 Tbsp Chopped Parsley

1 Tsbp Chopped Thyme

3 tsp Chopped Green Onion

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Onion Powder

1 Tbsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Salt



  • The simplest way to make compound butter at home is to allow the butter to soften at room temp.

  • Once it has reached room temp, fold in the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.


Alternatively you could use a food processor or a mixer to whip the butter until it becomes smooth and add the other ingredients into it since it has become to soften.


Use on dinner rolls, blanched vegetables, roasted potatoes, sautéed pork, or grilled chicken!
