Sweet Potato Butter
1 lb Softened Butter
4 Tbsp Marshmallows
1 Tbsp Butterscotch Extract
2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Lemon/Orange Zest
1/4 tsp Salt
Start by putting the softened butter into a mixing bowl and giving it a stir, so that it begins to spread out.
Next add the remaining ingredients and gently fold them into the butter until everything becomes fully incorporated into the butter.
Transfer your finished butter into a serving dish and prepare to wow your guests!
Use on roasted sweet potatoes, candied yams, oven fresh corn bread, warm breakfast bagels, or even in oatmeal...
NOTE: For extended use, consider freezing or refrigerating the butter.
