Watermelon Salad

7 oz Watermelon

1 Tbsp Honey

2 oz Arugula

1.5 oz Prosciutto (chopped)

2 Fresh Figs (quartered)

3 Tbsp Candied Pecans

2 Tbs Olive Oil

1/4 tsp Salt & Black Pepper (mixed)

2 Tbsp Balsamic Reduction

3 Tbsp Goat Cheese

3 ea Strawberries (quartered)

1/4 tsp Coriander

1/2 tsp Lemon Zest


  1. Place the watermelon chunks into the center of the plate and sprinkle it with the honey.

  2. Grab a mixing bowl and add the arugula, figs, prosciutto, and candied pecans into it.

  3. Season the salad mix with the oil and black pepper and give it a quick stir.

  4. Place the salad mix over the watermelon and drizzle it with the balsamic reduction.

  5. Finish the salad with the Goat Cheese, Strawberries, and Coriander and Lemon Zest.

  6. Insert fork, and enjoy delicious bite after bite... Repeat and keep repeating!
